I've never had a bad experience at this Great Clips. It's a little farther from where I live, and I've gone here when other great clips have messed up my hair. I'm just going to have to suck it up and start driving out to this one every time. I specifically appreciate the stylist Barb. She is thoughtful, thorough, and skilled. She communicates and asks questions if she isn't sure about something, and she doesn't rush (!!!), even when it's close to closing time. (And they don't close early!) I wish every stylist was like Barb. 5 stars for Barb, she's outstanding.
